Mousse Instructions
- Chill the heavy whipping cream and mixing bowl in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into the bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually sift in the powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined.
- Fold in the vanilla extract, rose water, and honey gently with a spatula.
- Transfer the mousse mixture into serving glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with edible rose petals.
