  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust based on taste
  • 1 tablespoon Rose Water Or use lavender extract
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Swap with maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure for best results
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Cinnamon can be used as substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Beet Powder Optional for color
For Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pistachios For topping
  • 1/4 cup Edible Rose Petals To enhance presentation

Method
 

Mousse Instructions
  1. Chill the heavy whipping cream and mixing bowl in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually sift in the powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined.
  4. Fold in the vanilla extract, rose water, and honey gently with a spatula.
  5. Transfer the mousse mixture into serving glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with edible rose petals.
