Step-by-Step Instructions for Roasted Pumpkin Sage Alfredo Lasagna Roll
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Spread 3-4 tablespoons of the creamy pumpkin filling along each noodle, roll it up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups. Sprinkle additional mozzarella on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh sage leaves.
