  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Monterey Jack) Mix your favorites for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese Optional for extra sharpness.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions For garnish, can add parsley.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Can use fresh garlic for more flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Optional for added tang.
  • 1 spray Nonstick Cooking Spray For preventing sticking.
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Additional Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup Extra Crumbled Blue Cheese

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Shred or chop your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cube the softened cream cheese, add it to the bowl with the chicken, and pour in buffalo wing sauce and dressing. Mix until chicken is well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in about one cup of shredded cheese and optional blue cheese.
  4. Lightly spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and transfer the mixture evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, switch to WARM, top with green onions and extra blue cheese, and serve with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
