- Shred or chop your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Cube the softened cream cheese, add it to the bowl with the chicken, and pour in buffalo wing sauce and dressing. Mix until chicken is well-coated.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in about one cup of shredded cheese and optional blue cheese.
- Lightly spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and transfer the mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooked, switch to WARM, top with green onions and extra blue cheese, and serve with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
