Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by placing boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound the chicken to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Rub the marinade generously over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Allow the chicken to marinate at room temperature for 15–30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully place the marinated chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the grilled chicken to a serving plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
