In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.
Add the ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Fold in the chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, and raisins.
Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers with lids.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.
Before serving, give the oats a good stir and top with additional nuts or dried fruits if desired.
