Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring 2 cups of filtered water into a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Bring the water to a gentle boil.
  2. Once the water reaches a boil, stir in the dried lavender flowers. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the lavender steep for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Strain the lavender mixture into a pitcher, discarding the lavender flowers.
  5. While the lavender infusion is still warm, add sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well until sugar is fully dissolved.
  6. Pour in the remaining 2 cups of cold filtered water, mixing thoroughly to combine all the flavors.
  7. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lavender lemonade over the ice, garnishing with fresh lemon slices.
