- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Arrange salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan, then add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until fragrant.
- Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Cut potatoes into wedges, scatter around salmon, and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over salmon and potatoes, then lay lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and potatoes are golden brown.
- Add broccoli florets to the baking sheet during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
