In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Slice and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
