Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional for creaminess
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, frozen mango chunks, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. If using, add the Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
