- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits or graham crackers with sugar and melted butter until well-combined.

- Prepare the mango purée by blending ripe mango until smooth.
- In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together the mango purée, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolks, and a whole egg for about 8-10 minutes.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted.
- Pour the mango curd into the cooled tart crust, smoothing the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours to set.
- Slice into wedges and serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruits or mint leaves.
