Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits or graham crackers with sugar and melted butter until well-combined.
  3. Transfer the crust mixture into your tart pan, pressing it firmly, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. Prepare the mango purée by blending ripe mango until smooth.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together the mango purée, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolks, and a whole egg for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted.
  7. Pour the mango curd into the cooled tart crust, smoothing the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours to set.
  9. Slice into wedges and serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruits or mint leaves.
