Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, breaking them as needed to fit snugly.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the layer of graham crackers, spreading evenly.
  4. Scatter half of the diced mangoes over the cream layer.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, ending with diced mangoes on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and garnish with additional mango slices or crushed graham crackers before serving.
