- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, breaking them as needed to fit snugly.
- Pour the cream mixture over the layer of graham crackers, spreading evenly.
- Scatter half of the diced mangoes over the cream layer.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, ending with diced mangoes on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and garnish with additional mango slices or crushed graham crackers before serving.
