Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the extracts and mix until smooth.

  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, then add ground pistachios.
  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Cool the cookies and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
