Ingredients
  

For the Puddings
  • 600 g Store-bought Chocolate Mudcake or substitute with homemade chocolate cake
  • Icing Sugar optional for dusting
For the Topping
  • 145 g White Chocolate Melts can use milk or dark chocolate
  • 8 Spearmint Lollies for decoration, peppermint candies can substitute
  • 24 Red M&M’s can swap for mini M&M’s

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crumble the 600g chocolate mudcake into a large mixing bowl and combine with icing sugar until doughy.
  2. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls and chill on a lined tray for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt 145g of white chocolate melts in 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
  4. Drizzle melted white chocolate over chilled pudding balls and decorate with spearmint lollies and red M&M’s.
  5. Chill the decorated puddings for another 15 minutes and optionally dust with icing sugar before serving.
