  • 1 cup Ketchup Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Can substitute with honey or maple syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Dijon can be used for a sharper taste.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 55 to 70 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing for the best texture.
