Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare it for baking.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Return cooked beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Cut the hamburger buns into cubes and layer them in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Pour the beef and mushroom mixture over the buns.
  6. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
