- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped onions and mushrooms in bacon drippings for 5-6 minutes until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, and sautéed vegetables. Mix until just combined.
