Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together coconut oil and honey until smooth and cohesive.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until all dry bits are coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through to ensure even baking, until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking apart into pieces.
