Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags black tea or green tea
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 orange sliced for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method

  2. Remove the tea bags and strain out the rosemary leaves. Stir in the honey or sugar while the tea is still warm, ensuring it dissolves completely.
  3. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then stir in the fresh orange juice.
  4. Refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled tea over the ice, and garnish with orange slices.
