  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over the top, ensuring the fillets are well coated.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
