Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and fill jars with oats, layer with chia jam, and add remaining oats.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and fresh berries or sliced bananas on top.
  5. Grab a jar to enjoy or store extra jars in the fridge for up to 5 days.
