Method
 

Preparation

  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
  6. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the wire rack, reserving any leftover marinade.
  7. Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through.
  8. Switch to broil for the final 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh jalapeño slices.
