Mocktail Base
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup to taste
Fizz
  • 1 cup sparkling water adjust for desired fizz
Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • a few mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a pitcher, combine about 2 cups of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice with 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup, depending on your desired sweetness. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until well blended.
  2. Take four clear glasses and fill each one with ice cubes, allowing them to chill for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully pour the pomegranate mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them halfway.
  4. Top each glass with sparkling water according to your fizz preference—approximately 1 cup.
  5. Sprinkle a few fresh pomegranate seeds into each glass and gently place a sprig of mint on top for garnish.
  6. Present the mocktail immediately for the best taste experience.
