Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring 2 cups of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Veggies: Slice chicken breasts into strips and chop onion and bell pepper.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Cook the Chicken: Add chicken strips, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Simmer with Sauce: Pour in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Combine Pasta and Chicken Mixture: Drain pasta and add to chicken mixture, tossing to combine.
  8. Add the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pasta, cover to melt cheese.
