Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook until al dente, usually about 3–4 minutes. Drain thoroughly and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Add the drained ramen noodles to the bowl with the sauce mixture. Toss in the shredded carrots and chopped green onions, mixing until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the noodle and vegetable mixture evenly into a large baking dish. Layer frozen dumplings on top.
- Pour any remaining sauce from the bowl over the dumplings.
- Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown.
- Let the bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
