Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook until al dente, usually about 3–4 minutes. Drain thoroughly and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  4. Add the drained ramen noodles to the bowl with the sauce mixture. Toss in the shredded carrots and chopped green onions, mixing until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the noodle and vegetable mixture evenly into a large baking dish. Layer frozen dumplings on top.
  6. Pour any remaining sauce from the bowl over the dumplings.
  7. Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown.
  8. Let the bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
