- Rinse the Colored Pasta: Carefully rinse the colored pasta under cold water to remove excess dye. Drain well and set aside.
- Combine the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mini pepperoni, cubed mozzarella, diced red onion, and chopped red bell pepper. Add the Italian dressing and mix thoroughly.
- Mix in the Pasta: Gently fold the plain, red, and blue pasta into the bowl with the other ingredients until evenly distributed.
