- Chill the coconut cream can in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, and chill your serving glasses.
- Zest the orange and juice it until you have about ½ cup of fresh orange juice.
- Blend the chilled coconut cream, orange juice, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Pour the mixture into chilled serving glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Chill the filled glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish each serving with shredded coconut and reserved orange zest before serving.
