Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and cool for 2 minutes. Add green tea leaves or tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, remove tea leaves or bags and let the brewed tea cool to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine diced fresh pineapple, honey to taste, and lime juice. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the cooled green tea into a large pitcher and add the pineapple mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. Gently stir in crushed fresh mint leaves and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over larger ice cubes and garnish with additional mint leaves.
