- Rinse 4 cups of fresh spinach and pat dry. Place in a mixing bowl.
- Slice 1 to 1.5 cups of ripe strawberries and add to the bowl.
- Slice 1/4 cup of red onion thinly and mix into the salad.
- Crumble 1/2 cup of feta cheese and add to salad.
- Toast 1/2 cup of walnuts for 3-4 minutes, chop, and sprinkle over salad.
- Whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently until even coated.
- Serve immediately on a platter or individual bowls.
