Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse 4 cups of fresh spinach and pat dry. Place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slice 1 to 1.5 cups of ripe strawberries and add to the bowl.
  3. Slice 1/4 cup of red onion thinly and mix into the salad.
  4. Crumble 1/2 cup of feta cheese and add to salad.
  5. Toast 1/2 cup of walnuts for 3-4 minutes, chop, and sprinkle over salad.
  6. Whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently until even coated.
  8. Serve immediately on a platter or individual bowls.
