Preparation Steps

  6. Spread a generous layer of the whipped ricotta on each slice of toast.
  7. Top the ricotta with the roasted strawberries and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme and a dash of black pepper. Serve warm.
