- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in refried beans and taco seasoning; mix until creamy.
- Squeeze lime juice into the mixture and fold in cilantro.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread sour cream mixture in the baking dish, layer tortillas and beef mixture, repeat layers, ending with cheese.
