Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and sauté until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion to the skillet with beef, sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar, pickles, salt, and pepper. Cool slightly.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner pointing towards you. Moisten edges with egg wash. Place 3–4 tablespoons of filling in the lower third, then roll up tightly, folding sides in.
- Heat canola oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches of 5–6 for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Serve warm egg rolls on a platter with the Big Mac-style sauce. Enjoy!

Notes
Keep oil at 350°F while frying to ensure wrappers fry perfectly. Allow beef mixture to cool before filling to prevent tearing.
