Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cumin, and salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water, then combine with chicken broth in a saucepan. Boil, then simmer until cooked.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
