  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather and chop all ingredients into uniform pieces and beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté Onion and Garlic: Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Toss in sliced cabbage, grated carrots, and peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
