- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of butter until smooth. Add the chicken, chives, minced onion, salt, and pepper; stir until fully combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and merge two triangles to form rectangles. Prepare four rectangles for filling.
- Place a generous portion of the filling in the center of each rectangle, then fold the corners to shape each into a pillow.
- Dip each pillow in melted butter and coat with breadcrumbs. Place on the greased baking sheet.
