- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, evaporated milk, dry breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, ketchup, brown sugar, port wine, and fresh cranberries. Mix until well incorporated.

- Brush the top with the remaining Worcestershire sauce or a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar.
