  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, beaten egg, panko bread crumbs, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form 14-16 meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a browned top, watching closely to prevent burning.
