Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until no longer pink.
  2. Add diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in long-grain rice and spices for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for another minute.
  5. Add water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  6. Fluff the mixture gently with a fork, let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
