  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar Can substitute with white vinegar and brown sugar.
For the Rub

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For savory depth.

For the Glaze
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Use your favorite brand.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs using a sharp knife and a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix well and coat the ribs generously.
  3. Pour water and apple cider vinegar into the Instant Pot. Place the metal trivet inside.
  4. Arrange the ribs on the trivet, making sure they fit snugly but not too tightly.
  5. Lock the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes.
  6. After cooking, allow it to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
  7. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet and brush with half of the BBQ sauce. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Brush with remaining BBQ sauce, slice between the bones, and serve.
