Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook sushi rice according to the package instructions and fold in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Allow to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake seasoned salmon for 15-17 minutes until flaked easily. Allow to cool before shredding.
  3. In a bowl, shred the salmon and add imitation crab and Sriracha mayo. Mix gently to combine.
  4. In a baking dish, press the seasoned sushi rice into the bottom. Sprinkle furikake on top. Spread the seafood mixture evenly.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with Sriracha mayo, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve warm with seaweed snacks.
