Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until medium heat is reached.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack open a large egg and whisk vigorously until well combined.
  3. Add drained tuna to the egg mixture, fold in shredded cheese of your choice, and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Optionally sprinkle shredded cheese on the waffle maker before adding the mixture.
  5. Spoon half the tuna mixture onto the center of the waffle maker, close lid, and cook for about 4 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the cooked chaffle and repeat with the remaining tuna mixture.
  7. Allow the chaffles to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
