Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, and chili garlic sauce. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained noodles with the peanut sauce. Toss gently with tongs or chopsticks until evenly coated.
  4. If adding optional veggies or protein, mix them in now until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with peanuts, green onions, or sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
