- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Pour in marinara sauce and mix until evenly coated. If using meat, ensure it’s cooked and crumbled before folding in gently.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan and mold the spaghetti mixture into it, creating a brain-like shape.
- Cover the spaghetti with shredded cheese, distributing evenly.
