Preparation Steps
- Finely mince garlic and ginger. Mix with chili oil, salt, and optional chili flakes.
 - Heat granola or peanut oil in a pan until smoking, then pour over the garlic and ginger mixture.
 - Add soy sauce and dark rice vinegar to the mixture, then stir in sesame oil.
 - Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and mix with chili garlic sauce.
