For the Noodles
  • 1 pack Ramen noodles Substitute soba or zoodles for lighter option.
For the Grilled Beef
  • 1 lb Ribeye or sirloin steak For a veggie twist, use grilled tofu or roasted mushrooms.
For the Creamy Gochujang Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Milk or cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Garnish
  • 4 eggs Soft-boiled egg
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • to taste Kimchi (optional)
  • to taste Nori strips (optional)

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, gochugaru, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced ribeye or sirloin steak and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until charred.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together gochujang, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and milk or cream until smooth.
  4. Boil water in a pot, add ramen noodles, and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Rinse under cold water.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the cooked noodles with the creamy gochujang sauce until fully coated.
  6. Divide the noodles into serving bowls. Top with grilled beef, a soft-boiled egg, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and optional kimchi or nori strips.
