  • 3 tablespoons Light Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Chili Sauce adjust for preferred spice level
For Serving
  • 4 sheets Nori Seaweed Sheets or lettuce wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds or chopped nuts

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and dice the green onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, and celery into small cubes, about ¼ inch.
  2. Mix the Tuna Salad: In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar or lemon juice, sesame oil, light mayonnaise, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Bites: Lay out the nori sheets and place 1–2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto one edge of each sheet, leaving room for rolling.
  4. Roll and Garnish: Roll each nori sheet tightly, drizzle extra Sriracha on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
  5. Serve Immediately: Slice the rolled nori into bite-sized pieces and plate them for serving.
