Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, lemongrass paste, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once the wings are crispy and cooked through, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
