Preparation
- Wash and prep the fruits and vegetables. Chop the celery and cucumber into smaller pieces, de-seed the apple and chop it into wedges, and peel the lemon.
Blender Method
- Combine the chopped celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, kale, and spinach in a high-speed blender with 1 cup of chilled water. Blend until smooth.
Juicer Method

Check Consistency
- If desired, add more water to thin the drink, or strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
