  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Stir in the diced red bell pepper and pineapple chunks. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
