  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Morsels can be replaced with larger chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup Toffee Pieces alternatively use caramel bits or chopped nuts

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened salted butter and ¾ cup of confectioners’ sugar for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Mix in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, then gradually add 2 cups of all-purpose flour while mixing at low speed.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate morsels and ½ cup of toffee pieces using a spatula.
  5. Scoop portions of dough, roll into balls, and arrange on the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  6. Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
