Preparation Steps
- Wash the outer rind of the honeydew melon under cool, running water. Cut in half and scoop out seeds.
- Slice the honeydew flesh into chunks, discarding the rind.
- Juice the limes, aiming for about ¼ cup of fresh lime juice.
- In a high-speed blender, combine honeydew chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract juice.
- Chill the strained agua fresca in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
