  • 1 large Honeydew Melon Choose a ripe, creamy yellow melon.
  • 2 cups Cold Coconut Water Can substitute with filtered water.
  • 4 limes Limes Freshly juiced for the best flavor.
For Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey Opt for agave for a vegan option.
For Serving
  • 2 cups Ice Use filtered water for ice.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the outer rind of the honeydew melon under cool, running water. Cut in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Slice the honeydew flesh into chunks, discarding the rind.
  3. Juice the limes, aiming for about ¼ cup of fresh lime juice.
  4. In a high-speed blender, combine honeydew chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract juice.
  6. Chill the strained agua fresca in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
